In 1977, after Tom's time learning the industry with Hudgins, he transferred side-ways to do business with JH Ewing as a business sales & renting agent through until 1984.

Tom then knew the time had come to start on his own, with the practical experience he'd acquired working with Hudgins and JH Ewing.

Thomas Crane Realty Co, LLC was established back in 1984. While creating partnerships with tenants & developers, Tom worked for his own company accounts. One of his first business partners in the continuing development of premises & shop leasing was Domino's Pizza.

Thomas Crane Realty Co throughout the late Nineteen eighties and early nineties, worked with retail centre developers all through both the state & south-east, sealing several highly sought after development and renting connections.
