Proprietor, Thomas Tom Crane moved to Atlanta, GAA in 1976, having started his career in real estate in 1971 as a realtor for Crane real estate.
In Atlanta, he worked together with investor-developers such as Scott Hudgins on Scott's numerous shopping mall developments as a renting and sales agent.
In 1977, after Tom's time mastering this marketplace with Hudgins, he moved side ways to work with JH Ewing as a business sales and leasing agent through until 1984.
Tom then realized the time had come to start by himself, with the working experience he had accrued working with Hudgins and JH Ewing.
